Introduction
The need for advertising campaigns for the mass market of the 20th century has led to a newly defined profession - graphic design. In the past, the graphic artist decided the characteristics of the design and gave the material to the professional printer who is in charge of production and printing of the final product. Since, the world of print has seen fascinating change and developments. This process was spurred in the 90's by the introduction of the home computer, which changed the way people approach graphic design and the production of printed matter. In the short time that has since elapsed, complex printing systems have been developed which allow the graphic designer to design and produce graphics with unprecedented levels of quality and accuracy.

Our curriculum has been designed to teach smart, successful graphic design as well as the production process. The program of study is the only one in the country, which combines the three main fields of knowledge needed by a graphic designer; design, pre-print planning and final print production. The practical understanding and integration of these three fields give Hadassah graduates an advantage in the work market.

The first-year curriculum centers on developing basic production skills in design and graphics, while the second-year curriculum is designed to grant the opportunity for more hands-on experience and integration of skills, which is expressed in full in each student's final project.
In addition to the state of the art computers and programs, two professionals workshops are available to the students:
  1. Creo Pre-Press Workshop - The workshop was established together with Creo and includes state of the art digital equipment.
  2. Print Workshop - A workshop of various printing machines, which the students use to create various projects in order to collect a portfolio.
