Introduction
This department caters to the competitive and dynamic nature of the business world to ensure that students gain familiarity in a variety of fields. Managing any organization, requires not only management skills but vast knowledge in various fields as well. Inter-disciplinary studies provide students the fundamentals in fields such as marketing, finance, organizational behavior, communications, legal issues and strategies. The faculty, many of who work in these fields, will impart their knowledge to students from their experience, assist students with internships and supervise each student in their integrative final project.

Interdisciplinary studies supplemented by practical training, will give the graduates a comprehensive understanding of the field with an emphasis on service.

The focus of the program is on service management in organizations emphasizing quality of service, management, marketing and communication. In addition, each student will choose a minor either in health: covering patient-doctor relations, quality of service in health services and ethics and patient rights, or in hospitality: guest relations, quality of hotel service and hotel service management systems.

Study Objectives
Graduates will be granted a recognized B.A. degree and will be trained as professionals in the fields of management.

Duration of Studies
Three years, consisting of one full day and two evenings a week, which is suitable for people working.

Main Fields of Study
The program has three components:
Required courses: 89 credits
This includes managerial courses, particularly in the middle management field with an emphasis on service.
Minor courses: 37 credits
Students can choose a minor in health or hospitality with courses that will include direct work in the field. In addition, each student will participate in a seminar that includes a final project (6 credits).
Elective courses: 5 credits
Students may choose courses to emphasize a particular area. Total credits: 131

Terms of Admission Full high school matriculation and psychometric examination calculated together with the department's admission requirements and personal interview.
