In an age where messages are transmitted through networked communications, a personal touch is getting lost in translation. There is a need to return to using cards and envelopes made of paper that brings excitement to both the sender and the recipient.
This project offers a series of greeting cards that promote pleasant feelings. The cards are based on hand drawings using various techniques that characterize and stylize familiar human situations. |

Design and Production: Shira Glick
“Mood Shoes” is a unique shoe store, created by a leather craftsman. The shoes are hand-made - each design is a unique creation, defined and represented in a contemporary and original presentation.
The project design relies on colorful stamps and illustrations that portray the experience of walking on the road; the pace of walking is intermixed with the tempo of the street and is absorbed into the tumult of street life. As a part of this project a multi-purpose shoe box was created as a drawer that is easily transported from place to place. |

Design and Production: Elinor Sapir
The Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem acts as a reproductive center for endangered species. These animals are raised in the zoo and later are set free into nature in a process of return.
This project is an information campaign that aims to increase awareness among the general public of this very important activity. Using simple paper folding, a 'house' is created that symbolizes the protection that the animals receive at the zoo. When the brochure is opened, the animals are freed back to their natural home in nature. |

Design and Production: Lynn Sticklero
The importance of quality of the environment needs no explanation, yet we still tend to be wasteful and inconsiderate.
This project is targeted in an agreeable and friendly manner. It suggests the adoption of a 'green' lifestyle: wise consumption, recycling, saving energy, etc. It is a calendar which doubles as a recorder of activities, cards and other paper products designed using collage techniques. Many varied materials can be collected such as manuscripts, different papers and cloth, which can be used to create images from our daily lives. |

Design and Production: Moran Mazor
A family vacation in a hotel is an opportunity for shared enjoyment, rich in experiences and memories.
This project is aimed towards children in the group and offers ways to take advantage of boring moments and replace them with creative activities that both accompany the holiday and record the events. Collages of cut colored paper, summery and bright, form the basis for a child's personal expression that complements the booklet with the best of his or her imagination and abilities. |

| “The Princes Who Wished for a Star” – A Children’s Book |

Design and Production: Tomer Cohen
“The Princes Who Wished for a Star” is a children’s book written by Dr. Katherine Sofa Kikoin that tries to answer the old Greek question, “What is the structure of matter?” The book integrates the world of physics and philosophy. The story is based on the philosophy of Empedicles, who dealt with the four basic elements: water, earth, air and fire.
This project was to design and illustrate the story book. The objective of the illustrations/drawings was to open a window to the world of science and philosophy, bridging the gap between that world and the world of tales, where fantasy and imagination prevail. |
