The Moroccan Henna ceremony is performed by the bride’s family before her marriage. During this joyous occassion the ‘henna’ mixture is spread onto the palms of both the bride and groom. This ritual is a talisman for fruitfulness, happiness and keeping the evil eye away from the married couple and their families.
This complex and colorful event requires investing time and energy into its preparation. The catering company “Kullullu” is a solution to this need. The image for this company is based on traditional Moroccan elements that have undergone a refreshing and refined change – in both shape and color. A Moroccan celebration is created through the sweets’ packages and the catalog.

| “Galentaria” - A shop in Mahane Yehuda market |

Design and Production: Shira Liberman
The Mahane Yehuda marketplace offers a rich experience of smells and tastes, attracting a wide range of clientele who enjoy strolling, tasting, meeting friends and of course shopping. In the past few years, restaurants, coffee shops and various stores have opened alongside the familiar stalls, including some that are foreign to the local scene.
This project, ‘Galentaria’ is proposing a return to the past and to find excitement in the old and familiar items that we can still find in the “Shuk”: for example, a bathtub stopper or a dust-beater. In this project familiar items gain a new meaning, full of good humor, when they are transformed and become part of characters that are inspired by passersby in the marketplace. |

In the last few years, people have become increasingly aware of the dangers of consuming fruit and vegetables that have been sprayed with pesticide, particularly among American consumers.
This project is a bar for organic juices/drinks. It is proposed for New York City, offering a variety of rich and healthy juices. The juices are accompanied with messages of best wishes for health, blessings of love, courage, patience and prosperity/well being – each drink offering its own special qualities. The design is based on wood-cuts that are associated with comparable organic products, telling the tale of the tree and its related changes during the four seasons. |

The parents of deaf children often feel helpless and frustrated as they face their children’s impaired hearing - communication between them can be complicated and sometimes even lacking.
This project,“Seeing the Voice” (of Micha Jerusalem) is a program for coaching parents and children, where the family learns to talk, to communicate and to spend time together. Roi brings from his personal experience as a hearing disabled person, his understanding for the need to show the child living in silence, a world of optimism and joy. He creates this by using delicate compositions of black and white pictures touched with purple. |

Design and Production: Dalit Avnon
David’s Tower Museum recounts the story of Jerusalem while being nestled in an ancient, reconstructed fortress, in the midst of the Old City. Visitors, many of whom are families, are invited to explore and discover the past in an experiential way.
This project is a kit for visiting children and is based on historical eras, whose clues are “hidden” in different places of the museum, waiting to be discovered. It includes scrolls with different missions to be completed as the children discover the answers, which are packed in an attractive and convenient box. The design language is rich, based on children’s drawings, photographs, a collage and modern computer technologies. |

| “Ginna Li – My Lovely Garden” - Planting Kit for Children |

Design and Production: Tamar Rahamim
In today’s modern age, many children believe that the cucumber was born in the supermarket and they are unaware that carrots are actually a root.
This project, “Ginna Li” is based on an illustrated children’s book, accompanied by other objects to encourage growing and cultivating a vegetable garden in the yard. The children can follow the growth of the vegetables, learn their characteristics and enjoy the taste of their own labors. The illustrative techniques used are connected to nature and earth through the use of a naïve, childish style. |
